Curt Onalfo Soccer is always looking for motivated and committed high quality trainers, both part-time and full-time, to add to our winning technical staff.

Successful candidates will possess:

Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills;
Enthusiasm and an ability to work with a range of age groups and skill levels;
A sound theoretical and practical knowledge of the game;
Strong technical abilities to teach and demonstrate various skills;
Basic first aid and safety training and;
Registration and compliance with the KidSafe Program.

USSF licensing is highly weighted in our selection process, although non-licensed coaches with the right experience and attitude will be considered. Additionally, candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of commitment to TeamCOS year-round player development programs.
