Curriculum and Staff |
The Spring Break Program features skill development
with a focus on fun. We will emphasize fast footwork and
proper technical training with a new technical topic each day. Participants
will compete in mini-world cup games and other fun soccer-related
games each day. Please see above for a sample schedule.
The Team COS Staff is second to none. Our team of nationally-licensed
professional trainers are technically and tactically experienced,
but more importantly, are skilled at and enjoy working with children. |
Outdoor-Indoor Program Format |
Sessions will take place on the rooftop tennis courts
at Regency
Sport & Health Club, weather permitting. In the event
of inclement weather, we will move inside to the basketball, racquetball
and squash courts. All playing surfaces are "fast" and therefore
promote foot skill development and tactical awareness. |
Cool T-Shirts! |
Each participant receives a really cool Curt Onalfo
Soccer t-shirt or water bottle! |
Important Equipment Information |
Each participant must bring a ball, fluids and be
dressed in appropriate soccer attire, including shin guards and
indoor soccer or tennis shoes that will not scuff the tennis
court surfaces (no dark-soled running shoes or cleats). Participants
are welcome to bring snacks for the morning rest session.
All-Day participants may eat lunch at Regency Cafe ($5-$7 per day,
payable to Sport & Health) or bring a bag lunch. |
Weather Plan |
In the event of inclement weather, we will train
indoors on basketball, racquetball and squash courts and watch fun
soccer videos! |
