| Our Winning Curriculum and Daily Schedule |
Our program emphasizes progressive tactical
decision-making and individual skill development. Three intense
daily sessions will help players improve dramatically through small-sided
games with tactical instruction, technical training and full-sided
scrimmages with goalkeepers. We maximize touches on the ball
while instilling the COS winning mentality in our participants. Players
will leave the program with a better understanding of positional roles
on the soccer field, nutrition for peak performance, mental preparation,
time management, and expectations for collegiate athletics. Each
player will walk away from this weeklong immersion playing dramatically
