Why Indoor Soccer?
|
The “fast” gymnasium surface and confined
space, combined with the proven and fun COS curriculum, promote
dramatic improvement in foot speed and ball handling skills. Our
sessions are comprised of stations. Each station is designed to
accomplish different objectives. Two stations are devoted to improving
ball control and the third is devoted to playing small-sided games
with boundaries in order to maximize skill development. Please
note, some sessions may have fewer stations due to numbers, but
the focus remains heavily on ball control reinforced with small-sided
games.

Schedule |
Recreational sessions are designed for the "house" league
player looking to improve his or her ball control and overall speed
of thought/play this winter while having fun. Our recreational
curriculum is designed to maximize touches on the ball while remaining
fun. Players are broken into age developmentally appropriate training
groups.
|
All-Stars
Schedule |
U7-U9 All-Star sessions are more competitive and focused
than recreational sessions, although fun remains a priority.
Designed for players seeking to try out for travel
teams
in May, there is a focus on foot skill development and proper technique.
Run by top area
travel team coaches. Small-sided games with tactical instruction
daily. |
Individual
Travel Players
Schedule |
U9 to U12 individual travel
players will be broken into developmentally appropriate training
groups. Individual travel players will improve their footskills
through various activities designed to maximize touches in an intense

the fast gymnasium surface promotes increased speed of though/play.
Players that choose the 12-week option will experience a full technical
progression.
